About Us
  About Us
We don’t offer cookie-cutter solutions, as we know the requirements each of our clients and projects will vary.

We offer expertise which draws upon numerous years of combined experience and hands-on involvement, to deliver a comprehensive and detailed estimate. In an ever-changing marketplace, we remain an industry leader through our attention to service, because we know each client’s project is distinctive.

The construction field productivity data we’ve established over decades enables us to provide realistic costs and estimates even when working with limited information. Our volume of projects provides a current knowledge base of fluctuating market conditions. With an average of 300 annual projects, we’re in constant contact with material vendors, suppliers, CMs, contractors and sub-consultants. Through us, our clients have their fingers on the industry’s pulse. And the fact that 85% of our clients return to use our services anew attests to our dedication and quality.

  Cost Estimates
We provide cost estimates at all design stages of a project and examine each one independently for its uniqueness and constraints. Our estimates are custom-tailored to your specifically format, and we maintain various levels of review—which means the same product can be scrutinized three to four times. This process produces high quality estimating and establishes reliability in our results.

Value Engineering
Value Engineering is an important tool we employ in creating a project that works at maximum efficiency. Our value engineering methodology achieves lower costs while increasing and enhancing the scope of design. Our value engineering is two-fold:

First, we examine the cost of capital construction by producing a conceptual estimate used to produce a cost model. Then, we create a list of ideas to lower costs (such as substituteing a better product at equal price), take into account the life cycle/operating expenses and then update the cost model to reflect the value engineering ideas.

Finally we prepare accurate cost estimates from these effectively forging a “menu” of cost saving options from which to choose. We then summarize this entire process in a report, and assist the design team in implementing the cost saving measures.
