On the East End Concourse project Accu-Cost provided cost estimating on the New Jersey Transit project that included
new concourse levels for New Jersey Transit at Penn Station including ticketing, retail and existing. This project also
involved the rehabilitation of the existing concourse areas and a three-story expansion into "found space"
at the southeast corner of the station. Accu-Cost participated in the project from the initial concept design through
construction documents and bidding.
